American Cancer Society – Global Luminaria Volunteer Project
The American Cancer Society works across the globe to prevent cancer, diminish suffering, shape the global policy agenda, and catalyze a local response with cancer organizations around the world, giving them a platform to increase their visibility and generate cancer awareness within their country.
Check out the 32 countries where ACS' Global Relay For Life brings people together honor those affected by cancer and lights up the dark by displaying Luminaria bags that are decorated in remembrance of patients, survivors, and those we have lost. Help light up the globe by designing a Luminaria bag, selecting one of Global Relay For Life events, and log your volunteer hours to support ACS' global work.
Use this form to upload a design and dedicate a Luminaria bag to a loved one or a co-worker who has lost their battle to cancer, in honor of those who won and those who are still fighting the disease. Your personally decorated Luminaria bag will be displayed at a Relay For Life event in the country you select.
Please log your volunteer hours through Microsoft's GIVE program by searching for the American Cancer Society, Inc. and selecting the project Light Up the Globe: Honor Every Life Touched by Cancer.

In Support Of Folks fighting it
To everyone who is fighting it, you're a source of inspiration to all. As someone who has lost loved ones to this dreaded disease, I can certainly understand what everyone is going through. I really hope and pray that everyone is able to overcome this and continue to get back to routine.
