A Luminaria in memory of

Jake Skolarus

Jake made work feel human. He listened, really listened, and made sure everyone had a voice. Even in high pressure moments he stayed calm and respectful, never rushing past people to get to the finish line. He shared credit freely and offered help before anyone asked. What I will remember most is how he made people feel included and valued. Because of Jake, our conversations were better, and our team was stronger. We will miss his steady presence and his everyday kindness.
